We are a small team of mostly volunteers led by Dörte Kruppa and Tatjana Kiel – agile, dedicated and with a strong network of partners.
Thanks to volunteer efforts or generous time off through employers, we are able to keep administrative costs very low at 0.8% for the extra help that arrives. This is only possible because team members make a conscious commitment in the long run.

We do not work in the same place, but we are in constant, intensive exchange and bring our expertise and competencies from a wide range of industries.
To our great pleasure, we also repeatedly meet very committed people on the side of the donors and partner organizations who complete the effective teamwork.
Founder Award
What a great honor! We are very proud that Tatjana Kiel received the German Founder’s Award for #WeAreAllUkrainians in October 2022.
This honoured the commitment and team effort since the beginning of the war, from the ad-hoc initiative to the scalable aid projects today.
